Welcome to Nerivon. These terms govern your use of our personal development training programs available at nerivon.club.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Nerivon services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Services

Nerivon offers personal development coaching, group workshops, and related advisory sessions. Detailed descriptions are available on our website.

3. Digital Products

We provide digital courses, e-guides, and other downloadable resources designed to support your growth journey.

4. Goods

Physical materials such as books, workbooks, and training kits are available for purchase to complement our programs.

5. Fees and Payment

Fees for services, digital products, and goods are displayed on nerivon.club at the time of booking or purchase. All fees are due in full at purchase.

6. Reimbursement and Rescheduling Policy

6.1 Services

For one-on-one coaching and group workshops, you may request to reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice at no extra charge. Cancellations received less than 24 hours before the session are not eligible for reimbursement due to the custom preparation involved. Instead, your full payment may be applied to an alternative session scheduled within 30 days of the original date.

Premium consultations require significant pre-session work; these are final and not eligible for reimbursement once confirmation is sent.

6.2 Digital Products

Requests for a reimbursement of digital courses and e-guides may be made within 7 days of purchase, provided that no more than 30% of the content has been accessed. Approved requests will be processed within 14 days via the original payment method.

6.3 Goods

Physical books and training kits may be shipped back in original, unused condition within 14 days of delivery. Shipping back must be arranged by you. Once we receive and inspect the items, the purchase fee will be reimbursed via the original payment method within 14 days.
